Vijaya Neupaney and Sheityajit Rajkumar founded designINC in 2005. We approach each site and project for its uniqueness of location and geography. We respect each client’s vision integrating aspects of form, function, economics and sustainability. Our interest in the interdisciplinary aspects of architecture and the arts, design and pedagogy serve to create a work environment that fosters growth and learning to new graduates in design and architecture.

For our projects – past, ongoing and in the conceptual stages, we provide services that encompass all aspects of architecture, interior design, technical and structural requirements to best realize our commitment to creating bespoke spaces.

While maintaining a distinct contemporary design we draw upon the rich vocabulary of vernacular architecture from India and the subcontinent.

We also DESIGN and BUILD many of our projects allowing details to be executed to the exacting standards and benchmarks that we have set, engaging the most skillful people to build for us.
